Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, however, in some cases longer shipping times may occur. If you need the part(s) by a specific date, please notify us by phone at (800)484-6099 and we will do everything that we can to accommodate this request. ChargebyHIXON.com ships to any location where UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service can deliver.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

Changes to your order (including cancellations and other adjustments) must be requested within 4 business hours of your order confirmation time. Any requests for changes or cancellation prior to shipping of your order must be received via phone or live chat so we have sufficient time to stop shipment prior to fulfillment. Our warehouse team moves very quickly to ship your order, most orders will be shipped within hours (all orders will ship in 1-2 business days). If you have already received your order's tracking number, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please note that while we will do our best to catch your order in time to make your requested changes, we cannot guarantee this.

Free shipping offers only apply to destinations within the continental United States and items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Any costs incurred by ChargebyHIXON.com for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from ChargebyHIXON.com, will result in those shipping costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order if delivery is refused, or 10% restocking free for store credit. Any authorized return shipment to ChargebyHIXON.com and ChargebyHIXON.coms' suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers' expense. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to import and duty fees.

Once your package leaves the warehouse, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is.

Chargebyhixon.com allows returns on products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging 7 days from the date of delivery. "New condition" means that the product has not been ridden. All returns must be called in or emailed in advance. Please call (800)484-6099 or email us at support@ChargebyHIXON.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for shipping the product(s) back to us. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without a RMA or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

  • Please check the box for any physical damage before signing or receiving the package. Notify the FedEx driver at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box. Products with damage delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS shall be reported by the customer to the courier company and file claim accordingly to the courier company
  • Products damaged by neglect or abuse will not be covered by warranty.
  • Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by the buyer are NOT included in return credit issued.
  • Please allow 1–2-week turnaround time for your return to be processed.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within the first 5 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of ChargebyHIXON.com. Due to the weight and fragility of each scooter, whenever possible, we will send replacement parts for damages that occur during transit. Arrangement will be made for repairs to be made at a local repair center. 
  • Returns are not accepted on products that have been altered.
  • Due to the weight and fragility of each Charge scooter, all returns must be shipped back with all original packaging materials including the original box, and specialized packaging moldings. This ensures that your Charge scooter and all components arrive in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without the original packaging materials. 
  • If the product is returned damaged or with missing items or altered in any way, we reserve the right to assess any additional fees up to the full value of the purchase.

 

Warranty Information

All Charge product purchases come with a 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. The warranty covers the cost of any replacement parts and the shipping costs of those parts. Your warranty is valid for any faulty parts within 1 Year of your date of purchase for the original owner of the product. To submit a warranty claim, please email us at support@chargebyhixon.com or call us at (800)484-6099. Be sure to have your original proof-of-purchase (receipt), your serial number and pictures of the damage ready to be emailed to Charge by HIXON. 

  • Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges
  • Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from for any reason including but not limited to repair, return or exchanges
  • Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned for exchange or for new replacement part(s).

 

The buyer is responsible for returning the products at their own expense during warranty. The buyer will be responsible for properly packaging the product(s) and shipping product(s) back to our location.

 

The warranty is voided if:

 

  • The product(s) is customized in any way other than manual.
  • The product(s) is damaged due to natural causes.
  • The product(s) is damaged due to an accident.
  • The product(s) is vandalized or stolen.
  • The product(s) does not get proper or periodic maintenance.
  • The product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended for.
  • The product(s) is modified
